The list of machines depends on your account's assigned permissions. Sign out and sign in again. If the device still does not appear, send your account name and device name or ID to your administrator or T2 Tech so they can check your access. Do not send your password.
Only send commands when the device is online and you have the required control permissions. Check the machine status, selected irrigation zone and any error messages. Do not repeatedly send commands while awaiting a response. If the machine behaves abnormally, stop remote operation and check it on site following the safety procedure.
Check the irrigation zone, start time, duration, saved settings and the machine's online status. Make sure the time on the controller and your phone is correct. If the schedule still does not run, send a screenshot of its settings, the device ID and the expected execution time to our technical team.
Not fully. The app needs Internet access to sign in, receive real-time status, synchronize settings and send commands to the server. Do not rely on the app for remote control when the connection is unstable.
