Châm Phân App · T2 Tech

Privacy Policy

This policy explains how T2 Tech collects, uses, retains and protects information when you use the Châm Phân app and related services.

Effective date: 5 October 2026 · Version 1.2
Our commitment T2 Tech protects user data, does not use it for advertising and processes only the data needed for sign-in, fertigation machine operation, alerts, system protection and user support.

1. Scope and operator

This policy applies to the T2 Techmobile app, the device management system and related support websites operated by T2 Tech .

By using the app, you acknowledge that this policy has been made available to you. If you disagree with the data processing necessary for the app, you should stop using the app and contact us.

2. Data we process

Depending on your account, assigned devices and the features you use, the app may process the following data:

Data category Details Main purpose
Account Username, email, user ID, customer ID, roles and access permissions. Your password is transmitted to the server for authentication; the app does not store your password on the device. Sign-inAccess control
Sign-in session Access tokens, refresh tokens and session information needed to maintain a secure sign-in session. SecurityAuthentication
Agricultural devices Fertigation machine IDs, irrigation zones, configuration, schedules, operating status, sensor readings, device attributes and control commands issued by users. OperationMonitoring
Notifications and app settings FCM tokens, Firebase Installation IDs, app version, operating system and device type, notification permission status, per-device notification preferences and token update timestamps. AlertsNotifications
Technical data IP addresses, connection status, request timestamps, technical errors and security logs may be generated automatically by the server, Firebase or infrastructure providers while providing the service. SafetyTroubleshooting
Support information Email, phone number and correspondence you voluntarily provide when requesting support or exercising privacy rights. The account deletion form collects your username or sign-in email, contact email and deletion confirmation, plus your individual or organization name and device name or ID if you choose to provide them. Customer support

The current app version does not actively request access to location, camera, photo library, microphone, contacts or advertising identifiers. If a later version adds these permissions or data types, we will update this policy and request the appropriate permissions before using them.

3. How we collect data

  • Provided by you: sign-in details, support correspondence, account deletion form details submitted on the website and control actions in the app.
  • From organization accounts: accounts, permissions and devices may be assigned to users by T2 Tech or a customer's administrator.
  • Automatically from the app and devices: session tokens, device IDs, operating data, connection status, notification preferences and technical information.
  • From third-party SDKs: Firebase Cloud Messaging and Firebase Installations automatically process some app and device information and installation identifiers to provide notifications.

4. How we use data

We use data only for purposes relevant to the app's functionality, including:

  • Authenticating accounts, maintaining sign-in sessions and applying the correct access permissions.
  • Displaying real-time data, configuring and controlling fertigation machines assigned to the account.
  • Sending notifications, operational alerts and device information when the user permits them.
  • Detecting unauthorized access, protecting accounts, preventing fraud and maintaining system safety.
  • Diagnosing errors, improving stability and providing technical support.
  • Meeting contractual obligations, legal requirements or valid requests from competent authorities.

We do not use your data for sale, rental, advertising profiles or personalized advertising.

5. Device permissions

Internet access

The app needs Internet access to sign in, communicate with servers managed by T2 Tech, receive fertigation machine data and synchronize settings.

Notifications

Notification permission is used to display machine alerts and status. You can refuse or disable it in your operating system settings. Disabling notifications does not prevent use of the other features, but you may not receive timely alerts.

6. Storage and security

On your device

Access tokens, refresh tokens, cached account information and remembered usernames are stored using the operating system's secure storage. Per-machine notification settings are stored locally in the app's settings. The app does not allow automatic Android backup of its data.

On our servers

Account data, device information, configuration, telemetry and FCM tokens may be stored on servers managed by T2 Tech and on infrastructure supporting the app. In the official release, data is transmitted using encrypted HTTPS/WSS connections where supported by the infrastructure.

Protection measures

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures such as account permissions, authentication tokens, encryption in transit, secure storage on devices and restricted internal access. However, no electronic transmission or storage method guarantees absolute security.

7. Sharing and service providers

We may allow the following service providers to process data as necessary:

  • Google Firebase Cloud Messaging and Firebase Installations: provide push notifications, installation identifiers, notification tokens and message delivery infrastructure. See Firebase's privacy information and Google's Privacy Policy.
  • Cloudflare: provides website infrastructure, Workers receiving forms, Turnstile anti-spam verification and email delivery. Form details, verification tokens and technical information such as IP address and browser information are processed to provide and protect the service. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.
  • Google Gmail: stores account deletion emails in a mailbox managed by T2 Tech so authorized staff can verify and process requests. See Google's Privacy Policy.
  • Server infrastructure providers: provide hosting infrastructure for servers managed by T2 Tech, supporting account authentication, machine management, storage of device attributes and telemetry, and device control.
  • Authorized staff and technical partners: may access data only as needed for maintenance, security or user support and are subject to confidentiality obligations.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users' rights and safety, or during an organizational transaction such as a merger or business transfer, provided the recipient continues to protect the data under this policy and applicable law.

Some providers, including Google and Cloudflare, may process data on servers outside Vietnam. When using these providers, we require data to be processed under appropriate service terms, safeguards and applicable legal requirements.

8. Retention and deletion

We retain data as needed to provide the service, maintain machine operation, protect the system and meet lawful obligations. The following retention criteria apply:

  • Session tokens and local account data are deleted when the user signs out, when the session is no longer valid or when app data is cleared.
  • Remembered usernames may remain until the user disables the remember option, clears app data or uninstalls the app.
  • FCM tokens and installation identifiers are retained until replaced, invalidated, the app is uninstalled, the device or account is deleted, or they are no longer needed for notifications.
  • Account, configuration and machine operating data are retained while the account or service contract is active and for a reasonable period afterward for support, security and dispute resolution.
  • Deletion requests are sent to the support mailbox and retained as needed for verification, processing and checking the outcome. After completion, they are retained only as necessary for legal obligations, security or dispute resolution. The form does not request passwords or identity documents; the Worker does not create a separate database for requests.
  • Technical logs and backups are rotated or deleted under the normal operating cycle unless a security incident or legal obligation requires longer retention.

When we receive a valid deletion request, we verify the requester, explain the processing time and then delete or anonymize data that is no longer needed. Some data may be retained within the scope and period required by law, to prevent fraud, protect system safety or resolve disputes. We will explain the reason for retention where applicable.

9. Your rights and choices

Subject to applicable law, you may request:

  • Information about, and a copy of, the personal data we hold.
  • Correction of inaccurate information or updates to account details.
  • Deletion of your account and associated data that is not required to be retained.
  • Restriction of, or objection to, certain processing activities.
  • Withdrawal of consent for optional features, such as notification permission.

To request account deletion, visit the Account deletion page. For other requests, use the contact details at the end of this policy. We may require identity verification to protect the account before acting on a request.

10. Children's privacy

The app is designed to manage agricultural equipment and is not directed at children. We do not intentionally collect personal data from children below the minimum age under applicable law. If you believe a child has provided inappropriate data, please contact us so we can investigate and take the necessary action.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when features, SDKs, processing practices or legal requirements change. New versions will be published on this page with an updated effective date. If a change significantly affects users' rights, we will provide appropriate notice in the app or through a registered contact channel.
